The REBLE610 is the evolution of the already innovative and performing REBLE310, from which it differs for a cute hardware design with particular care in avoiding any wires and for modularity.
The equipment is composed of a basis chassis and four swappable parts, which make easier the maintenance and the always critic frequency change; like its predecessor, there is a hot-swappable redundant power supply, available both in AC and DC. Besides, a drawer containing the digital part (modem and data interface) and one more for the RF part (transmitter, receiver and channel filters) have been designed.
Performances have been improved from any point of view; the transmitters give always at least 1W at flange output in any modulation scheme (frequencies up to 11 GHz), introducing pre-correction and wide band calibration (up to 1.3 GHz depending on the frequency range).
Many news at digital level; the data interface is equipped with 10 ports ASI/BTS on BNC connector, configurable as inputs or outputs, so that it is possible to include the ASI distribution and ASI matrix capabilities in the same equipment. The link provides also a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port for the transportation of IP traffic, a 2048 Kbit/S E1 data channel (as an alternative to 2 ASI/BTS ports), and a “transit” connection (not to waste coaxial connectors).
The increased number of signals needs a growing capacity and with the new modem it's possible achieve 56 MHZ of bandwidth and 310 Mbit/s; moreover, with the optional XPIC capability (and one more REBLE610), it's possible to transmit with two equipment exploiting the same frequency, using the diversity of polarization and reaching the incredible bitrate of 620 Mbit/s.
A new control software offers a complete control of the equipment, providing a very intuitive user interface based on a touch-screen TFT display for a fast troubleshooting; besides, it is possible to monitor and configure the equipment via Web interface (full http) and SNMP protocol.
